New Construction in Central Florida for 2025

Central Florida is growing quickly! Many new projects will begin or finish in 2025. These projects will help with transportation, entertainment, and housing.

Transportation Projects

  1. I-4 Expansion
    The highway called I-4 will get bigger. Workers will add more lanes near ChampionsGate and Osceola Parkway. This will make traffic less crowded.
  2. New Toll Road (State Road 23)
    A new toll road near Jacksonville is being built. It will be ready in late 2025 and make driving faster.
  3. Orlando Airport Expansion
    Orlando International Airport is adding more gates and a passenger bridge. This will help more people travel easily.

Entertainment Projects

  1. Universal’s Epic Universe
    Universal is opening a new theme park called Epic Universe. It will have exciting areas like Super Nintendo World and Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. The park will open in May 2025.
  2. Disney’s Big Plans
    Disney is planning to spend a lot of money to make its parks bigger. They might build a new theme park and add more hotels and restaurants.

Housing and New Ideas

  1. Air Taxis in Lake Nona
    Lake Nona will have a special “vertiport” for flying taxis. These small planes will use electricity and start flying in 2025.
  2. New Homes
    Many new homes will be built in places like Orlando and New Smyrna.

  9. gate (GAYT) – the place where people enter or exit at an airport.
  10. housing (HOW-zing) – places where people live.

Central Florida will change a lot in 2025. These projects will make the area better for living, traveling, and having fun!
